Sistrsthelabel 14-Day Returns Policy 

Please click here to start a RETURN. At Sistrsthelabel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions. 

Eligibility for Returns  

1. The item must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Sistrsthelabel does not accept international returns at this moment.

4. Sistrsthelabel reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.  By purchasing Sistrsthelabel, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this 14-day returns policy. 

5. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note, your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your parcel.

Please be aware that returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns posted after this period will not be accepted and will be refused.

Inspection and Approval

1. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
2. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
3. Once approved, a £4.50 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

1. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
2. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution
